Tactical Labs and Marrero Armor Partner to Advance Next-Generation Ballistic Systems

Tactical Labs today announces a formal partnership with Marrero Armor to support the development and supply of next-generation ballistic solutions for defense and law enforcement.

This partnership brings together two veteran-owned companies aligned by a shared commitment to advancing capabilities for those who serve. By combining Tactical Labs’ patented advanced materials platform with established manufacturing capability, the collaboration creates a direct path from validated performance to deployable systems.

As third-party testing continues, current results show performance exceeding 3,000 fps in tested configurations, reinforcing meaningful gains across key ballistic categories. These results are now being translated into application-ready solutions in partnership with Marrero Armor.

With this partnership, Tactical Labs anticipates strong forward momentum in the coming months, including the introduction of Advanced Aircraft Protection Systems (AAPS), currently under development, that extend next-generation survivability capabilities to aviation platforms.

In parallel, Tactical Labs has begun a limited set of application-specific discussions across defense-relevant use cases.
