James LoBuono
Chief Financial Officer
James has 20 years of corporate finance and business experience, beginning his career as an investment banker at JPMorgan in New York City.
He has spent time in various roles within finance, including as an associate at a private fund, specializing in acquisitions and asset management, as well as a commercial banker at ConnectOne Bank, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. In this role, James specialized in the underwriting, origination, and portfolio management of commercial term loans and working capital financing, as well as workout loans within the firm's special assets group.
In aggregate, James has worked on over $1 billion in transactions for various types of entities, including large commercial real estate funds, private equity funds, and operating companies.
Outside of banking and finance, Mr. LoBuono also led business development and strategy initiatives for an education tech startup.
He obtained a Master of Computer Information Systems degree from Colorado State University. James is also an avid recreational athlete and has summited 30 of the highest 200 peaks in Colorado.
