Few stories capture the American Dream quite like that of Patrick Jreijiri — engineer, entrepreneur, innovator, Republican public servant, and Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer of Tactical Labs

From the workshops of Lebanon to the laboratories of Texas, Patrick’s story is one of perseverance, gratitude, and the desire to give back to the nation that gave him a chance to dream — and to build.

From the Heart of Lebanon to the Soul of Texas

Patrick began his engineering career in Lebanon, where he quickly noticed a recurring challenge across the companies he supported — inefficiency in design.

“Many companies were losing time and money because their product designs weren’t cohesive,” Patrick recalls. “Engineers spent countless hours reworking models instead of building designs that worked for both the developer and the end user.”

That frustration planted the seed of a vision — to create products designed with empathy, foresight, and purpose.

Building JIRI: Innovation with Purpose

In 2017, Patrick made a life-changing decision: he moved to the United States to pursue his dream and founded Jiri LLC — a company committed to helping businesses design better products, faster, and more efficiently.

“I came here with one goal — to help American companies create better products that actually work for people,” he says.

Through Jiri, Patrick and his team developed a streamlined process that revolutionized the way products are designed and delivered:

  1. Product Design — Solving Problems: Every concept begins with the end user and manufacturing process in mind, digitally tested in a 3D environment.

  2. Prototyping — Bringing It to Life: Virtual designs become tangible prototypes, tested with precision and purpose.

  3. Manufacturing — Efficiency at Scale: Using AI-driven management systems, Jiri delivers quality products at the lowest possible cost.

The approach worked. One of Patrick’s clients landed a spot on Shark Tank, secured her deal, and saw her sales skyrocket.

Today, Jiri LLC (www.jiri.tech) continues to help U.S. businesses test, patent, and manufacture products that improve everyday life — proof that innovation, guided by empathy, can create real impact.

Leading Innovation at RÀ and Tactical Labs

Patrick’s success at Jiri caught the attention of industry leaders. In 2020, he was contracted by , a robotics and automation firm, to help transform the construction industry through AI-powered automation. Within a year, he became Director of Robotics, leading a multidisciplinary team that redefined how technology and design could reshape infrastructure.

After nearly two years at RÀ, Patrick returned to Jiri to continue innovating — but destiny had another calling in store.

In April 2025, he joined Tactical Labs as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, partnering with Joshua Griffin and Brett Jackson, both former 160th SOAR (Night Stalker) aviators.

At Tactical Labs, Patrick leads the engineering and research behind NS Fiber™, a next-generation basalt-fiber-reinforced composite that delivers a 68% weight reduction compared to aluminum while increasing strength and durability. Applications range from aerospace and UAS platforms to advanced defense structures, all designed to enhance safety and performance for America’s warfighters.

“Every design I’ve ever created has one mission — to make things better for the people who use them,” Patrick says. “Working at Tactical Labs gives me the chance to do that for the men and women who protect our country.”

From Candidate to Councilman: Service in Action

In 2025, Patrick Jreijiri ran for Valley Mills City Council (At-Large) as a Republican, earning the trust of his neighbors and winning the election. His victory was more than political — it was personal. It symbolized his belief that those who build should also serve.

Patrick brings the same mindset that made him a successful engineer to his public service — disciplined problem-solving, practical innovation, and a relentless commitment to community improvement.

“You don’t need to wear a uniform to serve this country,” Patrick says. “You just need to build something worth defending.”

A Patriot’s Perspective

Patrick often reflects on his journey with a sense of humility and purpose.

“I wish I had come to the United States young enough to serve in the military,” he says. “So this — my work, my service, and my leadership — is how I give back to the country I love.”

From Lebanon’s factories to America’s innovation corridors, Patrick Jreijiri has proven that the American Dream is alive and well — and that gratitude can be a foundation for greatness.

As both an engineer and elected leader, he continues to give back to the nation that gave him opportunity — through innovation, public service, and a deep belief that freedom means responsibility.

An American Dream in Motion

From designing conveyor systems in Lebanon to leading innovation in Texas and serving his local community, Patrick Jreijiri embodies the timeless spirit of the American Dream — that through hard work, integrity, and faith, one can turn gratitude into action.

Whether in the workshop, the boardroom, or the city council chamber, Patrick is proving that giving back isn’t just a phrase — it’s a way of life.

“America gave me the freedom to build without limits,” he says. “Now it’s my turn to build something that lasts.”

About Tactical Labs Tactical Labs is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) focused on advanced materials, defense innovation, and aerospace engineering. Led by Founder Joshua Griffin, Co-Founder Brett Jackson, and CTO Patrick Jreijiri, the company developed NS Fiber™ — a basalt-hemp-graphene composite 68% lighter than aluminum and stronger than steel. Tactical Labs partners with Baylor University, the University of Colorado RECUV, and the University of Manchester to advance applied materials research for defense and aerospace.
